Terms and Conditions

Prenatal Care Package A

  • No refund or credits will be given except due to the termination of the pregnancy.
  • Additional visits will be charged accordingly at 855 RMB per visit which excludes extra medications and tests that are not considered in the package.
  • Other charges will apply if you have complications during your pregnancy causing extra tests to be ordered by the doctor.
  • No membership discounts or further discounts will be given.
  • For each additional fetus a surcharge of 1,590RMB will be charged in each ultrasound.
  • If you opt to have both the Fetal Nuchal Translucency and the Triple Screen Test, you will be charged an extra 1,480RMB.
  • Direct Billing does not apply, only cash or credit card payment. The totality of the package must be paid upon enrolment.

Prenatal Care Package B

  • No refund or credits will be given on the package except due to the termination of pregnancy.
  • Additional visits will be charged accordingly at 855 RMB per visit which excludes extra medications and required tests.
  • Other charges will apply if you have complications during your pregnancy.
  • No membership discounts or further discounts will be given.
  • For each additional fetus a surcharge of 1,590RMB will be charged in each ultrasound.
  • Should you opt for the 1st trimester fetal nuchal translucency test plus serum test this will be charged at 3,889 RMB.
  • Enrollment in this package will not be permitted after 24 weeks of pregnancy.
  • The totality of the package must be paid upon enrolment.
  • Direct Billing does not apply, only cash or credit card payment.

Delivery Package A

  • No refund or credits will be given on the package except due to termination of pregnancy.
  • Emergency cesarean section following a trial of labor is charged at the childbirth package for cesarean delivery rate which will include fetal monitoring charges.
  • Additional antibiotic use and additional discharge medications are not included.
  • Blood transfusions, neonatal intensive care treatment and other emergency procedures outside of routine/ normal delivery are not included in the package and will be charged separately.
  • Labor epidural will be charged at 5,500 RMB.
  • For multiple births a surcharge of 13,216 RMB will be charged for each additional baby.
  • Additional hospital days will be charged at a regular rate of 5,000 RMB per night which excludes doctor’s fees and any additional medication.
  • There will be additional charges for any complications before or after delivery.
  • No membership discount or further discount will be given.

Delivery Package A Payment Terms

50% deposit on day of enrolment, the balance settled at discharge day.

Delivery Package B

  • No refund or credits will be given on the package except due to termination of pregnancy.
  • Any complex cases that require further care will be charged accordingly.
  • Emergency cesarean section following a trial of labor is charged at the childbirth package for cesarean delivery rate which will include fetal monitoring charges.
  • Additional antibiotic use and additional discharge medications are not included.
  • Blood transfusions, neonatal intensive care treatment and other emergency procedures outside of routine/ normal delivery are not included in the package and will be charged separately.
  • For multiple births a surcharge of 16,049 RMB will be charged for each additional baby.
  • Additional hospital days will be charged at a regular rate of 5,000 RMB per night which excludes doctor’s fees and any additional medication.
  • There will be additional charges for any complications before or after delivery.
  • No membership discount or further discount will be given.

Delivery Package B Payment Terms

50% deposit on day of enrollment, the balance settled at discharge day.

Family Health Care Plan Chengdu

  • Please present your membership card with each appointment.
  • This membership is exclusive to ParkwayHealth Chengdu Medical Center during regular clinical hours.
  • The membership is only for Family Medicine, excludes specialist services, ancillary services and medications.
  • Patients will be attended by doctor assigned.
  • The membership applies only to cash/credit card payment.
  • No refund, transfer or cash back.
  • The promotion can not be used in conjunction with other promotions.
  • ParkwayHealth reserves the right to final interpretation to the terms and conditions of this membership.
