Ophthalmologist

Dr. Andrea Sonntag-Vega is an Ophthalmologist with over 15 years working experience. She specializes in prescription of glasses (myopia, astigmatism, presbyopia) and contact lenses; Glaucoma screening, treatment and follow up; Retinal diseases diagnosis and treatment; Laser treatment of retina (diabetes mellitus, central vein occlusion, retinal tear); Children\'s check (above 3 years); Regular checkups for adult; Small lid surgeries (Chalazion, Papilloma, Cysts). Dr. Andrea Sonntag obtained her ophthalmologist degree in Germany. She wrote her dissertation about Ptosis surgery and obtained her PhD (Magna Cum Laude) in Munich/Germany. Additionally, she has done a MBA in International Healthcare Management to be able to understand healthcare as a whole.

Ophthalmologist

Dr. Peng Zhou is an Ophthalmologist with over 15 years working experience in comprehensive ophthalmology in top hospitals. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases, optometry examination, and external eye surgery. He also has extensive experience in the treatment of myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness), lazy eye, glaucoma, cataract, uveitis, retinal tear, diabetic retinal disorders, macular degeneration, eyelid bump and conjunctivitis (pink eye). Dr. Peng obtained his MD in Ophthalmology from Peking University in Beijing (China). He is Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Retina-Vitreous at the Doheny Eye Institute, University of South California in Los Angeles (USA). He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO). He is a committee member of the Chinese Ophthalmology Society. He published numerous articles in Nature Communications and other top international peer-reviewed journals.
